If you could go back in time and fix one thing what would it be and why?

I feel like the mistakes or mess ups that I made in life made me who I am today, and I'm happy with that, so I most likely wouldn't go back to fix anything, if I did go back in time, it would be to see how my life was back then

I wouldn't go back in time because that would change my life. Yes, there are things I'd like to change, but it would change my outlook on life, which I don't want. I want to be able to see how far I've progressed in something and be able to support people, not just take the easy way out and hope to emerge healthy and mentally stable.
