ItachiUchiha:

There are 7 cards with a picture of a rose and 2 cards with a picture of a daisy. Alfa keeps all the cards face down on the table with the pictures hidden and mixes them up. She then turns over one card face up and finds the picture of a rose on it. She removes this card from the table and turns over another card without looking. What is the probability that the card that Alfa turns over has a rose on it? (5 points) 6 over 9 6 over 8 7 over 9 7 over 8

Extrinix:

So, she has removed 1 of the cards from the total amount, leaving 8 cards, it says she turned over a \(rose\) card, meaning there is only 6 rose cards and 2 daisy cards ok so to figure this out, it is the amount of cards that are in one \(class\) (rose is the class) over the total amount of cards Here's the equation, \(\huge \color{yellow}{p}=\frac{\color{cyan}{r}}{\color{lime}{t}}\) p = probability r = amount of certain class (rose) t = total amount
