Bus topology: basically one straight connector line with multiple branches. (like.. well.. bus systems.) Mesh topology: each computer links up to ALL other computers (jumble of paperclips basically) Star topology: all computers connect directly to one big computer/control center (like a chain of command basically, president to the congress and house of rep) Ring topology: all computers form a circle of connections (a circle. simple.) these should help you figure out which one is the correct one.
