But they logged out and i changed my pw and sign out of all sessions
Extrinix:
If you have previously logged into someone else's QC account that has their notifications turned on, I'm pretty sure you always get them unless you turn notifications off.
itsmehjay:
She knows that, I had to help her with something since it wouldn't work for her and I logged out of it. Then for some reason, I kept receiving her notifs even tho she signed out of all her sessions.

This, it's a bug I keep thinking I've fixed but somehow it keeps coming back up
Extrinix:
Turns your notifications off in your settings, then turn them back on, I've had to do it before.
LKylie:
I asked @itsmehjay to add picture to my chat
Ultrilliam:
Also you pinged the wrong person, whoops. I need to fix it so it uses the username search for questions asked too

How to turn off notifications?
Extrinix:
Usually if you click the settings button next to the notification(s) it should lead you directly to the settings for QC

XDDD Alrr
Ultrilliam:
Good news, while I was cleaning up the dishes it suddenly hit me a way to make sure this doesn't happen again. Instead of sending notifications to users, I'll instead send it to sessions, which means only devices with an active session should get the notification, rather than anyone who has been on the account previously. This should make it a bit more secure than it currently is as well.
Ultrilliam:
It's going to be a hot minute before I can implement this though, as it involves updating the apps as well since it's a fundamental change in how notifications were received... wheee
