based off what the question is asking for, lets assume that 15 is 100% -- so we get these 2 pretty simple equations\( 100\% =15 \) and \( x\%=0.75 \) so from here, we turn that into 2 fractions, so we can use the rule of 3 \( \frac{ 15 }{ 0.75 } = \frac{ 100\% }{ x\% } \) can you finish the rest?
