math graphy thingy Image link: https://padlet-uploads.storage.googleapis.com/1140267424/f184067e917f2f40b8f1117aeb078524/Screenshot_2021_04_19_at_6_13_36_PM.png
Line of best fit, is literally what it means, the line that is best fit for the graph
Sooooooooooooooooo which one do you think would be the line of best fit lol
What the hell does that even mean-
"the line that is best fit for the graph"... just.... let's look at hte first one, do you think the line fits the dots/graph?
line 2 is the best fit. Although it is descending down the grapoh
it stays linear and more plot points hit the line
A line, that is best fit for a graph, as in, a bunch of dots Like, you wouldn't wnat the dots to be like all above ,and your line to be.... who knows where
You need them to be alined with eachother.
That way the function is clear for graphing
1 is wrong because it's more slanted the aligned
3 is also wrong due to the plot poiints being above the line
2 is correct due to the fact that it is perfectly aligned with the line on the graph
I think the question could be simplified to: "What line has the most equal number of dots above and below it?"
I understand nothing of what was said
okay
1 is wrong because thepoints aren't exactly on the line
Wdym wrong ?
2 is right because the plot points line up with the line
Wdym right?
3 has the correct angle but the incorrect location
Explain why they are wrong. and right.
3 has the points above the line not exxxxactly on it
I still don't get it
so 1 is not good 2 is good and 3 is not good
There
Now can we talk?
I still dont get it
oml
Okay so the answer is 1 is not good 2 is good and 3 is not good
But whyyy and how did you get that
Look at the graph
It makes no senseeee
The points have to be onthe line
._. what?
which liine has the most points on the line on the graph
it would be 2
None of them are on the line ._.
OML
Graph one does not have half the dots above it Graph two has about half of the dots above it Graph three has more than half of the dots above it
LOL
oml crissy
It's just pretty much the one that has a line were all the points are close.
I am having so much of an urge to bash my skull into my desk atm
Stop weirdo
lolll look
let me break it dowen
I gave an answer that a friggin toddler would understand
on graph one the ponts aren't exactly lines up on the line so it can't be a function
I am not a toddler so I don't understand
on graph 2 the points are more lined up againtst the line so it would be a function
on grpah 3 the points are above the line so itwouldn't count as a function it would most likely equal to x and y = 0 since it's more random then anything
erm-ehhhh ok-? I think-?
Bruh ._.
1 is not right because the plot points aren't straight on the line graph 2 is right because the points are more aligned towards the line
and graph 3 is not right due to the plot points being above the line and not exactyl on it
"1 is not right because the plot points aren't straight on the line graph 2 is right because the points are more aligned towards the line and graph 3 is not right due to the plot points being above the line and not exactyl on it" - LilShorty171
I still don't understand ._.
Crissy read what i said and write that down
that is your answer
Bruh
okay?
If you can't understant that, then I give up
that is the answer to your problem
it's so simple
crissy why
how can you nnot get this simple graphing
Too complicated
I am explaining it like a standard person would
How?!
I still don't get it
Crissy we are complicasted smh
just write down what i said
1 is not lined up right 2 is lined up right and 3 is not lined up right
ok, I think bored blocked me as well...
rip
Pythagorean theorem is easy ._. But like you guys didn't help
Locked due to derailing
