Hi - noticed a possible bug (If this is in the wrong section feel free to relocate it): when people quote reply, it gives double notification alerts in the panel.

They get it like I do They get the reply from the post twice, not the mention or medal...from a reply on the post

I think it's just kinda redundant is all cause it kinda overloads the notifs and then we can't necessarily get to the posts in time. What if someone needs help ASAP on their post, you know?
