If you see any spam or receive any indecent messages, just report it. If you encounter anyone with an inappropriate picture or profile, message a moderator. We will look into it.
Having a profile picture that flips people off isn't allowed. There's a difference between that and a profile picture where someone shows off their abs. While I agree with you that those profile pictures are suggestive, it's not inappropriate per se. Would it be better if they chose something else as a profile picture? Absolutely. I'm not sure what their intentions are but QuestionCove is most certainly not a dating website. But to compare those pictures to profile pictures that contain offensive language or images would be unfair.
