Racism is always a hate crime. If you are talking about Chauvin then that was racism and a hate crime. But he was found guility on all 3 charges so I just hope he spends the rest of his life in jail.

They would win the lawsuit but the reason it doesnt happen enough is because blacks and minorities are targetted and never taught the law for real as to understand it. So, which is why many minors are treated unfairly becuase of their skin or ethnicity background

No it’s bc white people have white privileges which means they are more favored and get away with things more I know sum black people do wrong things but not all do but bc of those blacks that did we get stereotyped and we get put on as the bad guys but most the time they don’t know the whole story like the guy who killed George Floyd yeah he had a criminal background but he murdered him bc of his skin color George did nothing wrong and was complying the whole time and the officer kneeled on his neck until he died after George was vigorously stating he couldn’t breath but the officer chose to continue his wrong doing all bc the man was black and had a bad past
