if the number terminates and is a real number it is rational, so what would you say from here?

terminates = the number ends or can be expressed as a fraction 9.333333 = 9 1/3 = 28/3 this is rational pi = 3.14159265358979323846264338327950288... and can not be expressed into a fraction and does not end so this is irrational
