so the diameter is 2.5 what is the radius? the radius is half of the diameter
after that, we can find the circumference (although this is a weirdly worded question, you would assume they meant surface area of the lollipop but they just want the circumference of the circle) the formula for circumference is 2*pi*r where pi is \(\pi\) which is approximately 3.14 and r is the radius of the circle
what do i do sorry
divide 2.5 by 2 that way you'll have the radius

now you just find the circumference Circumference = 2 * pi * radius and the radius is 1.25

You forgot about pi or \(\pi\) pi is 3.14 so 2 * 3.14 * 1.25
