yes I agree because time of day doesn't tell us any evidence it could be a historical event because it could be any day, and people can also obviously walk any day too and it doesn't prove it was a historical event, so B and C are eliminated like you said now we have to figure out if it's A or D

yes, correct, because A is like saying he walked to a place, it doesn't prove it was historical, but D waving flags and singing patriotic songs does describe historical things
