When you click your icon in the top-right, it'll bring up a prompt to browse for images on your device. From there, you can find the image you wanna use and select it as your profile pic

Gotcha. I find the phone app can be kinda finicky at times. But it should be the same basic process

When you first create your account you have to verify your email address before changing your pfp, if you try to change it before hand it will prompt you to verify it
