I think the closure property simply means that any operation you perform on two polynomials will produce another polynomial as an answer. So, adding two polynomials you get a polynomial Multiplying two polynomials, you get a polynomial and so on for multiplication and division

At least, that's how the closure property works for sets like real numbers and integers, so I think the same logic applies for polynomials
