I found this pretty cool site that talks a lot about Ming art, but not so much philosophy or literature. I guess "social structure" is kind of related to philosophy? I'll keep looking

I also found this article specifically about Ming literature. Just by skimming, it seems like the trend was lots of great novels but not much poetry
