This coordinate plane shows the shape of a hang glider. The perimeter of the glider is to be trimmed with a special material. What is the minimum length of material needed?

You should be able to use the coordinate plane that (I assume) goes along with this image in order to find the answer. If the coordinate plane has number labels, you can use that to find the dimensions of the shape, which should let you find the length of material you'd need
