So golf and bowling is definitely wrong, you literally stand most of the time. For football, it's really slow so it doesn't really help, and in baseball each person doesn't play a ton each game. Softball's the same. So I guess swimming and power walking? Because swimming trains upper body a lot and power walking trains legs.
