how do you find the median of a number

QuestionCoveBot:

Arrange your numbers in numerical order. Count how many numbers you have. If you have an odd number, divide by 2 and round up to get the position of the median number. If you have an even number, divide by 2. Go to the number in that position and average it with the number in the next higher position to get the median. (source: Very Well Mind)

If I may add on to this, here is a link to a song that was used to teach me the mean; median; mode; and range And it still helps me, I sing the lyrics in my head and it makes it easy to remember as it's in a simi-catchy tune https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IHginNwss5c
