If you mean for computer, you search up snipping tool on the bottom left corner. (Search bar) Then it'd screenshot the thing you want to, and while that, you can edit it.

you hit command+shift+ 3 or 4 then you open up the picture and edit it when its done.

When you go into that photo, there's usually an editing tool, or you could take it to an editing website, or for chromebooks we have control shift v xd
