I am naturally anti-slavery. If slavery is not wrong nothing is wrong. When you say Lincoln's meaning, I assume you are referring to his stance and what he means when he is taking his oath. An easy way to write short summaries is to create some sort of outline for each sentence/paragraph you will write.

For the first sentence, I would introduce his stance. For the next two, I would find two things he claims and explain what they are. lastly, I would wrap up the summary by explaining why those claims supports his stance, or something along the lines of that.
