The numerator (15x^2+x-2) can actually be factored into two parts: (3x-1)*(5x+2) is equivalent to (15x^2+x-2). So, if we rewrite the statement as (3x-1)*(5x+2)/(3x-1), we can divide (3x-1) by (3x-1) to get 1*(5x+2), which is equal to just 5x+2. And that is the factored form of the statement
