I am going to be comparing Warlord and Doormat, you may think that these two leadership styles are not even close to being similar, but they do have some things in common. For example both Warlord and Doormat have very low delegation, which means they do not like to their tasks to other people to complete. A difference between the two is that Doormats do not like conflict and tries to avoid it as much as possible (averse), while Warlords just expect conflict and try to view it as a challenge to their “authority” (expectant).
