Do you know how to write these out in the form of \[(x-h)^2 + (y-k)^2 = r^2\]
Technically speaking, circles are similar... they just have to be similar if they are circles lol But if you get the equation, and graph it on desmos, you can write out how the center point moves (translation of the circle) and then dilates
