i know what they mean but like i just dont know at the same time

KingPizza:

first of all, do you know which animal eats which thing in this ecosystem?

OfficialShonna:

the bird eats i think perch

KingPizza:

well the bird does eat perch i think but it would eat any fish

OfficialShonna:

true

KingPizza:

so does anything rely on the bass for survival?? In this picture. If so, then you have your answer

OfficialShonna:

algae

KingPizza:

well algae doesn't eat anything in this ecosystem it just eats waste I'd actually like to see it try to eat the bass, so no plants need bass to survive

KingPizza:

actually, I need a second opinion on this question so you could either bump this question to the top or I could ping someone

KingPizza:

@Pixel or @shadow or @lauramalcolm001 could you please help us out with this

Imagine:

No, Algae does not support/depend on bass.

KingPizza:

well like I said, decomposers and plants never eat living animals, they either get food from the sun or eat waste

Imagine:

Bird--->Bass Bass--->Perch Perch-->Minnows Minnows-->Algae Duckweed-->Algae(Supports the growth)

John I would agree with this actually I didn't think of all this but I hope it helps you out. Just know bigger animals usually are the predators who eat smaller animals, and smaller animals can eat plants
