help please(ss below)
dont i add all of the angles together?
Ok so angle 4 is an exterior angle of a triangle right?
yesss?????
which means its the total right?
Not exactly
so i would add all of the angles together to make it
The relationship between an exterior angle of a triangle and the interior angles is that the exterior angles is equal to the sum of the opposite interior angles.
The key word is OPPOSITE interior angles. Meaning that the adjacent angle ( angle next to it " angle 2") is not included when adding the angles
Does that make sense?
ehhhhh
Its okay lol. I'm going to add a visual to make it easier to understand. Please give me a seco
ight lol
sorry quint- i haven't gotten to this yet- sorry bro- wish i could help u
OK so the exterior angle = angle 4 the two opposite interior angles = 51 and 57
OHHHH nvm i understand now
i add angle 1 and 2 together to get angle 4 right?
possibly, what would the answer be?
123
Not exactly , angle 2 is the adjacent angle of angle 4. You would add the opposite interior angle ( which have measures of 51 and 57)
so its 108?
correct
thanks
