Alright, so let's start off finding the triangle's area, using the equation \(A=\dfrac{1}{2} Bh\) now your base is \(1.5+4+1.5 = 7\) and your height is \(6\) so you plug that in, \(A=\dfrac{1}{2} (7)(6)\) = 21, the area for your triangle now, find the square using \(A=s^2\) our length is 4 and our height is 4 (a square) plug 4 in for \(s\) \(A=4^2\) which gives you: 16, your square area, now add those both together \(A_\text{triangle} = 21\) \(A_\text{square} = 16\) which makes your answer: \(A_\text{arrow} = 37~ft^2\)
