Okay so this one is a bit more complicated, can you first write it in the form where it's like sqrta times sqrt b times sqrt c?

Imagine:

I have no idea what you just said, give me a min to find an example from the teacher.

snowflake0531:

I mean like \[\sqrt(abc) = sqrta \times sqrtb \times sqrtc\] but put in the exponents with it

Imagine:

There are no examples. >-<

Imagine:

So like 2*4 using the ^8 on top of the a?

snowflake0531:

No I just mean \[\sqrt(a^8) \times \sqrt(b^9) \times \sqrt(c ^{13})\]

Imagine:

I'm more than confused, just write that as my answer?

snowflake0531:

So know that \[\sqrt(a^{100}) = a^{50} ~~~~~\sqrt(a^{99}) = 49\sqrt a\]

Imagine:

I'll just skip it,I'm lost and I will ask her about it on monday.

snowflake0531:

Wait no, see my example above? now do the same with the 3 of the actual equation

Imagine:

\[\sqrt{a^4b^3c^7}\]?

snowflake0531:

Close \[\sqrt(a^8) = a^4~~~~\sqrt(b^9) = b^4 \sqrt b ~~~~\sqrt(c^{13}) = c^6 \sqrt c\]
