x = t - wz we want to solve for 't' That means we have to have 't' all by itself Which means we need to move 'wz' to the other side we're subtracting wz so to move it to the other side, we need to do the OPPOSITE of that what is the opposite of subtraction? is it addition? multiplication? division?

that's what you have to do to 'wz' on both sides so that way we can get 't' all by itself
