I *think* flooding and drought cycles would cause "Herbivorous migration", since animals would need to move around in order to get water?
Tsunamis wouldn't make sense, because those are in the ocean, and they aren't caused by droughts and floods on land
I also don't see how floods and droughts would lead to "political unrest"
I guess floods and droughts could affect the economy, but if anything they would cause countries to import goods that aren't available in either season, rather than export goods
