Is a $200 or $500 Walmart Visa card enough? If it is, can you use that card to buy anything from another store or use it specifically for Walmart?

As an examples for those to buy online , is $500 sound more enough to spend than $200? Which one to buy ?

And is the 1st one have $500 on the gift card as I didn’t understand by the side it said $25-500 so I wanted to make sure if it’s for $25 or $500 or just altogether

So on the first card, it can range anywhere from $25 to $500, whereas the second one has a set limit of $200

That visa card says at the bottom, "non-reloadable". (which is the $25-$500). Also, the purchase fee on the Walmart one is higher rather than the VISA $25-$500. Both of them are non-reloadable, but If you are looking at purchase wisely, buy the $25-$500.
