ScreenShot below.....why is math so hard I need help

Shawnte:

AZ:

So there's two ways to go about and do this kind of question 1) actually graph it yourself 2) use a graphing calculator like desmos

Shawnte:

Ill use desmos since i alreasdy have thelink up!

AZ:

If you want to graph it yourself, just solve the equation for 'y' You then plot that line. Since the inequality is >, that means it has to be a dashed line And then you have to test a point to see whether the graph gets shaded above or below the line

AZ:

If your inequality had \(\le\) or \(\ge\) then the line would be a solid line instead of a dashed line

Shawnte:

um i got nun of the above

AZ:

Why did you plot that? You're supposed to graph `2x + 3y > -3`

Shawnte:

yea doesnt that mean 2,3

AZ:

No

Shawnte:

ohhh

Shawnte:

im so lost in math

AZ:

Just write it exactly like this into the graphing calculator: `2x + 3y > -3`

Shawnte:

ok

Shawnte:

Shawnte:

oops i didnt put the negative but I see

Shawnte:

the answer is b........tysm az like frfr ur a life saver with this assignment
