Do you want to try finding the volume of the sphere and cylinder yourself? .-.
xXQuintonXx:
prob not ._.
xXQuintonXx:
but how would i start this?
snowflake0531:
Use these formulas plug, in the radiusv

xXQuintonXx:
like as in how would i get the numbers i needa multiply and stuff
xXQuintonXx:
so its 4x4^2x2?
snowflake0531:
Well, let's first look at the sphere
\[ \frac{4}{3} \pi r^3 \]
pi is 3, what is radius?
xXQuintonXx:
half of the diameter
snowflake0531:
But what is it in the sphere, look at the image

snowflake0531:
we're doing the SPHERE right now
xXQuintonXx:
so half of 2?

ik i said the wrong number xd
snowflake0531:
|dw:1620869857712:dw||dw:1620869906885:dw|d as in diameter, r as in radius
snowflake0531:
So what is the radius of the sphere, and btw you're wrong ._.

xXQuintonXx:
radius would be 2
snowflake0531:
Yep so now plug in radius as 2 into the formula \[ \frac{4}{3} \pi r^3 \]
xXQuintonXx:
so 4x2^2
xXQuintonXx:
sense the 3's would cancel out
snowflake0531:
2 cubed

\[4 \times 2^3 \]
xXQuintonXx:
*4x2^3

2 cubed
i clicked on the wrong number xd
snowflake0531:
Lol okay and what do you get?
xXQuintonXx:
32

snowflake0531:
yep and now we do the cylinder
snowflake0531:
\[ \pi r^2 h\]
What is the radius of the cylinder?
xXQuintonXx:
4
xXQuintonXx:
so 4x4^3
xXQuintonXx:
and then add the numbers together

snowflake0531:
<.< look at hte formulas
one is cubed, one is squared
xXQuintonXx:
so its 96
snowflake0531:
it would be \[ \pi (2^2)(3) \] 3 as the height, 2 as radius
xXQuintonXx:
the answers 96 right?
snowflake0531:
..
3(4)(3)

XD SO INTELLEGENT xd
snowflake0531:
smh smh lol
xXQuintonXx:
36
snowflake0531:
Yes so now 36+32
xXQuintonXx:
36+32=68
