the correct answer was 3x(7+3) and i accidently put ten

Ah, it seems like they wanted you to write it out as an expression and not completely solve it add 7 and 3 means 7 + 3 and tripling that means multiply (7+3) by 3 which is how you get 3 * (7 + 3)
