What was the only battle fought on Union territory? What was it called? Who won?

In the Civil War I'm guessing, so the only battle fought on Union territory was the battle of Antietam, or the second battle of Bull Run. The battle was technically a stalemate, but the Union Army claimed victory over this battle.
