In my personal opinion I support your answer since, a worker's phone is their property and what they do with it isn't the concern of the company's as far as property laws go and what the constitution allows and prohibits.

I think Razor has a point, but I'd like to offer a different perspective too.
While the constitution does protect "free speech", this guarantee only says that people will not be limited in their speech *by the government*. A private business still has the right to make and enforce rules about the speech of their employees.
For that reason, I think option D would be the best answer
