A short little poem I wrote while being bored bc qc was dead c: He built a world with two beautiful stars. He was the one who lifted cars He fixed situations when you were gone. He told you all your problems when you were wron’ He’s perfect on paper. But he needs to save her But he’s lying. And she’s always crying. Does he think they were meant to be? I don’t think they were and she just wants to be let free. But she’s built with two wall’s and love’s him to the end. She was just glad to have a friend. She couldn’t help but feel her world crumbling. As she saw their love tumbling. He stood forward with his heart in his heart, questioning his actions. He contemplated between mathematical fractions. His story live on just as much as his love for her. But her faith in his has plummeted and all she does is slur. She looks at the bottle wondering what she did wrong. She saw the star’s crash, so where is the song? She expected too much in return. Now her stomach seems to churn. We want the world to be perfect but we can’t hold our heart’s together. We see them fixin’ their world only to become better. We need to reunite what’s been broken so people can’t get hurt. The world doesn’t have to be perfect but we could at least flirt. We don’t need to be sad all the time. We’ve got a lot of people and they’ve got love to find.
