Wally has a hobby. He likes making furniture. He finds that he gets many compliments on the furniture he makes. Under what conditions will it be in Wally's best interest to go to a craft fair and sell some of his custom furniture? If the cost of making the furniture is less than the price Wally believes he will be able to sell it for If many people from the area attend whom Wally thinks might want custom furniture If Wally believes he will only be able to sell the furniture for less than the cost of the materials he used to make it If Wally determines that the demand for custom furniture is low

You are indeed correct. Wally elaborates the furniture in his own workshop, he is an artisan, creating his furniture one at the time. Because of that, the cost would be higher than the furniture manufactured in fabrics. You can easily B and D because " the cost would be higher than the furniture manufactured in fabrics." And the cost wouldn't exactly be based on what he believes. And at this point, Wally needs to earn/get income for each item sold but the furniture also has to be sold at an affordable price.
