@AZ

Seafoam:

Ok I was mistaken, its asking more of what did increased transportation within the British Empire during the Industrial Era do?

AZ:

What answer choices can you eliminate? Do you think the industrial era has anything to do with the IT sector and its outsourcing? Did developing countries industrialize as fast? Would increased transportation in the industrial era cause factories to transfer to colonized countries? Would increased transportation allow faster access to raw goods?

Seafoam:

"Would increased transportation allow faster access to raw goods?" I think so yeah

Seafoam:

And I crossed out the option "the outsourcing of the IT sector"
