In the last post you have posted, I have said that the "Instructions within a text of a play" are stage directions.

A is eliminated because it alr states that it is dialogues.

B is eliminated cause it states it is a "List of characters"

D is eliminated because directions TO the stage would be some sort of map or simply telling a person where to go to get to the stage.
