Yes- you are- Carmelle actually asked this question too -.- Imma just tell you the same thing i did with carmelle- --A dangling modifier is "a word or phrase which is used to modify a word or term not clearly stated in any given sentence." Based on the meaning I gave you You can eliminate A and C because a dangling modifier is technically when you don't describe something- for example, if you say "the small" what exactly is the small thing? In answer choice A, who is "I"? In answer choice C, who is "we"? We are left with B and D.
