So we need to find the probability of it not being black, so, colors besides for black over the total amount of marbles There are 3 red, 2 black, and 5 green marbles, so added together, there are 10 marbles And then there are 2 black marbles, so there are 8 more marbles that could be chosen that are not black So you, have \(\frac{8}{10}\), and then you can simplify that fraction
