What is it like being sad?
What is it like losing someone?
What is it like feeling like crap?
What is it like being in so much pain you want to give up?

Give up
My body feels numb
My mind is someone else's now
I’m rotting away now

Goodbye

So sad you have to see me like this
Are you going to manipulate me now that I'm vulnerable?
Now that you see the real me
Hurt me

Beat me up
Call me trash
But I still love you
That’ll never change

I lost you
But I still feel you
Like you are in me
In my heart

I feel like crap
I love you still
I need you still
I feel like crap

My mind is someone else’s now
I can hear their thoughts
They say “Oh, I love you, too!”
How pathetic… if only they knew what was in store…

I still love you, though, I’m drifting away, away forever, we will meet again. I promise.
