For this you need to multiply the amount of each price by the amount of people
So we have 20.50 total and 1.75 for each guy and 2.25 for each girl. so what i would do is use the answers ur given to then multiply by. so u would do 1.75 *4 and then 2.25*6. get the total of each, add them together and then find the total of each and find which one equals 20.50

x is num of boys and y is num of girls
so
x+y=10 and 1.75x+2.25y=20.5
so
x=y-10
1.75(y-10)+2.25y=20.5 can you solve from there :)
