One reason is the more you exercise the longer you live. It prevents a whole array of illnesses one of them being heart attacks or heart problems. When you exercise it has been proven that you are happier. When exercising you release endorphins and dopamine.

Adovbush:

Exercises are important. If you do not do exercises, parts of your body can start hurting and you can damage a lot of parts of your body. Another reason to exercise is to stay in shape and look good, you will also benefit in your old age, you will be able to move easier and more freely than the people who did not exercise.
