(180 - 65) + (180 - 106) + (180 - 78) + (180 - x) = 360

180 + 180 + 180 + 180 = 360 + 65 + 106 + 78 + x

360 + 180 + 180 = 360 + 65 + 106 + 78 + x

360 = 65 + 106 + 78 + x

and then solving for 'x'
