Based on the graph below, what are the solutions to the equation f(x) = g(x)?
@florisalreadytaken
you will have to find what the value of all three \(x \) is, which is you can find by determining where the lines intersect with each other -- does that graph on your quiz allow you to see where they intersect? just to be exact haha -- or i can sketchpad it
How do I get 0.6 though?
Like how far they travel from the x axis?
ok, so any point in the cartesian coordinate system has got two coordinates, the \( x\) and \(y\) value yes? what we want to find is \( x \) only -- \( x_2 \) intersects right in the x axis, right? yes so just take the value of x, like the number where it respectively vertically corresponds to clear?
oh
actually i just notices -- its the 3rd one -- the graph quality is so trash
@florisalreadytaken from these choices what you think is right ?
yeah i believe its the 3rd one -- it seems the closest one even though the lines are kind of skewed -- how shambles is that
that's a virtual graph for ya
Yeah, the 3rd option is the only one to have a positive 3.
Well, something above 3.
