Maribel has an interview to be a personal trainer at a local gym. Maribel is being asked all of the predictable questions, but it looks as though she didn't prepare for her interview. Help Maribel answer each question in a more professional manner. Instructions: The predictable question has been provided along with Maribel’s response. Can you help Maribel choose her words more carefully by filling in the "What would be a more professional response?" column. Two of Maribel’s strengths that could matter for this job are: she has trained for four years as a runner and she is a great motivator. For maximum points, you must answer using complete sentences and proper spelling and grammar.

Basically what you have to do is look at each sentence and rephrase them into a more professional response, so for the first sentence, what can you do to make it be more of a professional response?

theyadoreshayyy:

ummmmm... i could say im a good listener and i work well with others

theyadoreshayyy:

is that professional

0mega:

Think of this like a job interview

theyadoreshayyy:

i never had a job interview

0mega:

So for a professional response, you should be formal about what you say and not include off-topic things within your response, so for sentence 1, you said "I'm a good listener and I work well with others", you can most likely add more, think, would Maribel be a good leader with partners, or works better alone, etc

theyadoreshayyy:

idk... should i put ¨i am very intellegent and i work very well with others, i have alot to bring to ur business ¨

0mega:

Thats good, but what would Maribel bring? Also include proper grammar

theyadoreshayyy:

ummm.... she could bring good coping skills, she is very handy around the office, and she is willing to work any ammout of hours

0mega:

alright sounds good, what do you think you can change for the 2nd sentence?

Fan999:

Do you still need help shay??
