The Executive Branch is the president, the vice president, the cabinet, and executive Depts. & Bureaucracy. Some of the Qualifications for the Pres. And V.P. is 1. must be 35 years old 2. must be a natural born citizen and 3. must have lived in the U.S the last 14 years. The only reasons I agree with them is because these laws are very important because it helps us understand or have a better understanding of who is able or allowed to be Pre’s and or V.P. Ways of becoming a Pre or V.P. are very hard things to do because they have so many steps and things that must be done. Terms of being in the office are Pre and V.P are elected to four-year terms. The 22nd amendment limits the president to two terms or no more than 10 years.
In the “Magna Carta” is about having the right to freedom men and women both having the rights to vote or to even just be themselves. In the text it states, “TO ALL FREE MEN OF OUR KINGDOM we have also granted, for us and our heirs for ever, all the liberties written out below, to have and to keep for them and their heirs, of us and our heirs”. Which means that all men should have the right to have freedom as much as everyone else. If the commander in chief of the armed forces grant and pardons for federal offenses the world really could be in danger because it can cause death or other scary things. An example is: “ At her husband's death, a widow may have her marriage portion and inheritance at once and without trouble. She shall pay nothing for her dower, marriage portion, or any inheritance that she and her husband held jointly on the day of his death. She may remain in her husband's house for forty days after his death, and within this period her dower shall be assigned to her.”
Both the Executive Branch and “Magna Carta” are both examples I used in this because I found them both very important because they both do things that we all need. One, makes treaties or two gives the right to have freedom. They both do the same thing but different ways of explaining it. The Executive Branch made an argument over how they did not want the President to be removed from the office upon conviction of impeachment for high crimes and misdemeanors. Which means that they should not have to remove one person and keep the other person, so they decide to remove both.
Our state is representative by two different people the representatives and the senates. The way they make the rules is monarchy because they
