what are Importance Of Meteorological instrument?
Weather instruments allow meteorologists the ability to analyze and evaluate the data collected. This data not only details weather over time, but it helps to predict future weather patterns. can u help me in more?
Your welcome, and of course!
.Mercury Barometer (drawwing,usage and importance
Meteorologists use weather maps to forecast the weather. A HYGROMETER measures the water vapor content of air or the humidity. A WEATHER BALLOON measures weather conditions higher up in the atmosphere. A COMPASS is a navigational instrument for finding directions. this is from weatherwizkids.com
A mercury barometer is a device that is used to measure the atmospheric pressure at a given location. The barometer consists of a vertical glass tube which is closed at one end. The closed-end is at the top and it sits in the mercury-filled basin placed at the bottom. It is an absolute pressure gauge. thnx and last question
Six's maximum and minimum thermometer(usage and importance)
Maximum and minimum thermometer. The two columns are connected by a 'U'-bend at the bottom which contains mercury. The left column (minimum) leads to an alcohol reservoir. As the temperature increases, the alcohol expands, pushing the left side of the mercury down, forcing the right side up. As the temperature decreases, the alcohol contracts, allowing the mercury to return. Small steel pointers in each column (near central button) are pushed by the mercury to record the displacement limits. Here the thermometer has recorded a maximum of 24 Celsius and a minimum of -3 Celsius, read from the base of each pointer.
