when people get banned or suspensions and they email the abuse email thing does a bot get them or a human and who gets then and what happens

What happens depends on the reason of the suspension/ban, and more often than not- we can only explain why that certain action was taken. That is because we resort to suspensions once a user repeatedly disregards a rule and a permanent ban is reserved for when there is a more egregious violation of rules and laws.
